The location was great. It is within walking distance to the popular beaches. The staff were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the made to order breakfast which was included in the stay. The size of the suite was amazing. We have a family of 4 and everyone had enough space. I would highly recommend it.

What an absolutely amazing place to stay and celebrate your wedding! The view, the food, the attention to details, the staff service is top-notch, the joy that surrounds you, the delightful breakfast delivered to your room, the presidential suite was incredibly cozy and just perfect for preparing for your special day. Conveniently located near great spots to explore in San Juan, including the beaches. We arranged for the Fiesta Bus service and they picked us up right in front of the venue. The guests were blown away by the delicious food and cocktails. Make sure to ask for Miguel Agosto to help you plan your event at Ciqala and enjoy the chef's creations at Eter Rooftop lounge. Absolutely fantastic! I can’t ask for more because was perfect. I will be back for sure!

It was very clean. The front desk staff was very kind and always available. They answered any questions we had and they were very informative. The room was very large with a full kitchenette. The ac did fail once but they had a couple guys up to fix it within 15 min. The tv had some cable channels available also. The store next to the hotel had delicious coffee and empandas. They also offered other breakfast items. We opted for the included hotel breakfast which had a good variety of choices. Our room had a fantastic view of the surrounding city and we could see some of the ocean also. The restaurant on the rooftop of the hotel was delicious. The room was straightened up daily which was nice.

we really liked the rooftop pool/restaurant/bar. staff was friendly and helpful including the valet staff. loved the option of the minibar in the room( for a price). Great location for amenities. we had traveled all day and arrived around 08:00pm. we didn’t want to leave the room again and we were able to DoorDash dinner and get a nightcap right from the hotel. Specific shoutout to Ricardo, Yaniel, and Paola. The jacuzzi tub was a plus. Would 100% stay here again. it was 10 minutes to the SJU airport also, so very convienient.

The rooms have everything and location and ambient. Breakfast tasted good. Everything was clean.
